Module 1 – Grow your department

How would it feel to increase last year’s numbers by 20-30%? Let’s find out! 

In module 1 I’ll walk you through the unique mindset + practical challenges you’ll face at each income level on the way to your first million dollar year (from hiring staff to implementing onboarding systems to dealing with your sales department)–you’ll walk away with actionable strategies to navigate whateve comes your way!

 

Module 2 – Build your playbook

One of my biggest secrets to a high-performing team? Is having one centralized place to share knowledge.  I’ve created a fully-customizable 50+ page google doc that will essentially “duplicate” your brain/streamline all of the systems and tools you use to operate day-to-day.
